20 Most Romantic Quotes From Literature

Here is the thing, I love LOVE. I am a hopeless romantic who grew up reading classic novels and watching romcom films. Even though I do not believe in the concept of ‘Happily Ever After’ or ‘Prince Charming’, I do believe in true love. There is not much that I find more valuable than finding a love that is all consuming. So get ready for some severe swooning as I have compiled some my all-time favorite literary romantic quotes. Also, do not forget to share your favorite romantic quotes in the comments section.

  1. What a beautiful collection Shikha 😊 I would like to add two of my favourite quotes:
“If people were rain, I was drizzle and she was a hurricane” – Looking for Alaska
“Love is always patient and kind; it is never jealous, love is never boastful or conceited; it is never rude or selfish; it does not take offense, and is not resentful. Love takes no pleasure in other people’s sins but delights in the truth; it is always ready to excuse, to trust, to hope, and to endure whatever comes.” – A walk to remember

  2. Amazing compilation Shikha 🙂
though I love some of above you mentioned, but there are two that i would love to add
    1.
It’s just that I don’t want to be somebody’s crush. If somebody likes me, I want them to like the real me, not what they think I am. And I don’t want them to carry it around inside. I want them to show me, so I can feel it too.
    – The Perks of Being a Wallflower

    2.
there are infinite numbers between 0 and 1. There’s .1 and .12 and .112 and an infinite collection of others. Of course, there is a bigger infinite set of numbers between 0 and 2, or between 0 and a million. Some infinities are bigger than other infinities. …..
…..I cannot tell you how thankful I am for our little infinity. I wouldn’t trade it for the world. You gave me a forever within the numbered days, and I’m grateful.
    – The Fault in Our Stars

(not a love quote may be.. but I love this one from The perks of being a wallflower, and it’s absolutly true)
We accept the love, we think we deserve.
    – The Perks of Being a Wallflower
